Depot operations ran on spreadsheets shared by email, so no two sites had the same view of status and no one had a reliable audit trail.
What we built
A multi-tenant operations console with role-based access, structured status transitions, an immutable activity log and exportable reporting.
The outcome
All depots now work from a single record per consignment, and status history is auditable end to end.
